Positive: Well presented. Clean and tidy. Great location. Excellent views watching the water hens nesting in the lake out the front. Nice cafeteria right next door.
Negative: Mostly, the bed was very uncomfortable. Even putting another blanket under the sheet made it barely tolerable. I couldn't work the TV to watch just free to air - from what I could work out, that wasn't connected. The washing machine wouldn't work, but that could've been operator error, and they were going to look into it after I left. Finally, an automated messaging system gave the incorrect information for lock up, meaning I spent 45min trying to get the correct instructions.
