Karku Wardli Tree House – Luxury Hills Retreat

A superb setting amongst the stringy-barks, parrots and magpies for a quiet and relaxing get-away, whilst just a short distance from Adelaide City. The tiny-house is well appointed, with new kitchen appliances and utensils. The bed is comfortable and the hot water hot. The attentiveness and communication of the host was exceptional. Highly recommended. Stay for a few days!

Excellent. Close. To the city but with a bush setting and peace and quiet.

Beautiful & peaceful Positive: It’s an absolute beautiful property, the walks are lovely. The view is lovely, the birds sound amazing. The picture frame look thing on the wall is the TV. It’s pulls out so you can turn it to the bed or to the living area. Negative: The only issues we had was that for some reason every night the toilet stopped flashing from around 7pm onwards, then on the day of check out the toilet stopped flashing around 9:30AM, which unfortunately I throw up before we left & It was advertised that there is a BBQ & oven but we could not find either of those things. We had to go buy extra food then what we brought originally because we had expected to be able to oven bake & BBQ things but there is only a stove. The bottom of the fire pit fell out mid fire as well, so watch your feet for coals that fall out, because my dumb ass stepped on a hot coal.

Beautiful location with everything you need for a quiet retreat.

A beautiful stay - felt like we were in the trees with the birds. Great facilities and will definitely be back. Positive: It was so peaceful and so lovely to switch off from the hustle and bustle of usual life. Beautiful to hear the bird life - especially kookaburras in the morning. We were cosy and warm with the split system and then the fire pit outside. Such a beautiful place to be.
