Lovely house, very comfortable, but issues should have been resolved on the day we arrived instead i Positive: The house is lovely, beds comfortable etc. Negative: 1. The fridge/freezer reaked of shellfish. This was brought to the attention of the property managers. We were unable to keep food in the fridge over the three nights we were there. The odour went from feint to overpowering. I was asked to provide photos of the fridge, which was clean, the pungent stench was the problem which couldn't be captured in a photograph. I asked for the cleaner to attend, which did not happen and it was suggested that I wipe the fridge out myself, which I found insulting when we were paying $385 per night and it was not our responsibility. Needless to say that I was not impressed, especially when my mother is allergic to shellfish. 2. There was no iron, just the empty box. An iron was delivered however it was too late as we needed to iron some shirts before attending a family funeral. 3. There are no tea towels to dry the dishes. We had to use paper towel.
