Could do with more utensils in the kitchen to make even simple meals....no tongs to toss a salad or spatula to fry an egg. No larger pot to boil some rice or pasta so could do with a few more cooking utensils. Oven trays were dirty so had to clean them before using...also no hand towel in the upstairs toilet, probably forgotten but would have expected to have it there. Other than than that we had a comfortable stay and the host responded very promptly to any issue I had. I made do myself but for future guests I am mentioning these things.RegardsRose

Rude and disappointed at cancelled booking Positive: I booked this room and rang to collect the key. Staff was rude for starters and then I was told that it was too short notice to go through with the booking even though it was listed as available.
