Gorgeous apartment - neatly styled, fully stocked, comfy/cozy, spotless - 11/10
Positive: This apartment is really gorgeous. There was so much to love. When you enter there's a long narrow corridor, and you come to the 2 bedrooms and bathroom first and then if you continue down the hall you reach the kitchen, lounge area and balcony. The bedrooms have full length robes, the rooms are styled nicely and bonus points that each bedroom has it's own aircon and ceiling fan - love love! There were extra towels, rugs etc. The lighting throughout was very nice - lots of ceiling lights but also lovely lamps. The bathroom was small but perfect. The shower head was the best I have come across. There were toiletries in the shower plus a few extra bits and pieces in the cupboards, which was nice. The beds were very comfortable and there were different pillow choices. Moving on to my favourite bit THE KITCHEN. This kitchen was stocked with everything that you'd want for a long stay and for cooks. I get annoyed at the lack of kitchen items in holiday apartments but this one had it all - all your glad wraps, baking paper, foil, tupperware, utensils, pots, pans, serving platters, sauce bowls, roll of bin bags and detergent in an actual bottle, not just a sachet. All the cleaning stuff was there too. Full size bin, full size fridge, dishwasher and an induction cook top. A small window near the cooktop was nice. The balcony was a good size and had a table and chairs. The special element here was that you could fully enclose the balcony or open it up as the windows could slide and stack to the side. The view is pretty great as you were very high up. You could see the Adelaide Markets a couple of streets away and the IGA on Franklin is right next door. The instructions were clear re: keys and rubbish and the internet speed was excellent. Lastly they have fitted in a massive TV so whether you are cooking something you bought at the markets or have gone with China Town takeaway you can sit back on the comfy lounge and watch the big TV or just admire the view.
Negative: Nothing! Ok well maybe just a suggestion - please could I suggest 1 or 2 latex pillows (like Dunlopillo, Talatex etc). I know they aren't cheap but with good covers they last a really long time. Hotels and apartments have pillows that are either too flat or too fat/hard. Once you've had latex you won't go back x

Fantastic spot in the city. Property was well described and the host was very accommodating for our stay. Would absolutely stay again here when we are back in Adelaide. Thanks again Susan!
