Good apartment , just need to resolve building issues Positive: Great location. Easy access to everything. Very clean. Full kitchen. Very comfy. Negative: Apartment was perfect however some ongoing issues with the building. Loud perpetual high screaming noise from water pipes that was not resolved until last day. Also there was an announcement to prepare to evacuate the building as there had been an incident, however there was no follow-up at all to whether this was resolved.

Good location but has problems Positive: Central to markets! Trams, & asian resturants, next door to HM Theatre. Negative: Ear piercing squeel caused be plumbing problems in this near new building. Complained & sent in an audio recording to the owners but nothing was done about in the 5 nights we were there. A neighbour told us its been happening for ages & that management probably knows about it. We are talking about a very distressing noise that increases with the number people running showers or sink taps. I suspect the owners knew about tis even back when we bo0ked and I am concerned for future visitors will not be warned either.I am told Harmonics in the pipes in very tall buildinngs like this are not uncommom but they are difficult to rectify. So yeah we were not happy. Not to mention that the shower was flooding because the drain was blocked,this should have ben checked by the cleaner, I prised open & cleared the drain of sludge & hair myself. Sorry to complain! ,I rarely do but this case you need to lift your game, E

Our stay is very comfortable. Everything is provided, including olive oil, salt and pepper. Positive: It is located at the back of Central Market and every historical building is just a few minutes away. Negative: Nothing

Nice new apartment in perfect location Positive: Brand new, spacious airconditioned apartment with balcony in a perfect location opposite the Adelaide Central Market. Plenty of cafes, bars and restaurants within walking distance. Key pick-up was straighforward. Beds were comfortable, extra pillows appreciated. The kitchenette had all the basics for cooking. Hosts were approachable, and appreciated our feedback, which is always good.

We stayed with two young children, great proximity to everything, awesome facilities, gym and overall comforts. Will def Positive: Communication from the owners was fantastic, the location of the property and view. Negative: There isn’t much, only thing which is hard for them to provide is parking to unload the car.
