Positive: It was very clean and a good location.
Negative: A bit surprised when we first got there, it is part of a complex where people are permanent residenrs. The exterior is very tired. There was cigarette smoke in the air. And they should propbably say there is a flight of stairs to get to it. Also a sofa to relax in would be nice, though I can see it would be difficult to get into the apartment.
