Sub-Penthouse Glenelg Waterfront | By Host Solutions

Good location. Needs a good clean. Positive: Location Negative: The smell. Couch and cushions dirty. Previous tennants hair in the bathroom. Spare blankets looked like they were not washed.

Positive: Location Negative: Only one set of keys we went seperate ways and had to go down to let my mother in law in Waited for 2 hours for appartment to be cleaned and it was a really horrible smell that a dirty mop was used. 4pm was a late check in time to start with and the 2 hour wait was not good at all.

Positive: Great location

A beautiful place , with great amenities. Quiet and the place is quite big for a family. Positive: Great views and location in GLenelg . Tram and buses to cbd. lots of restaurants . Coles is walking distance and life savers club has great views of sunset if you sit out at the balcony . The apartment offers coffee and tea and little perks . Well thought of. Negative: Parking is v tight and tricky . Best to have a small car. However parking is free and v accessible to the apartment.

Positive: Great views, walkable to beach and restaurants, clean and easy parking. Negative: Only had access to one key, and you weren't able to actually get out of the apartment from the inside without it if someone went out.
